No cheating of any kind is allowed. This applies not only to your name in this clan but also to any other Socom names you may use as well.

Members will not be allowed to carry a second name on another active clan. On rare occasions a member will be allowed to do this but only after discussing their situation with the leadership and only after getting approval FIRST.

We WILL NOT tolerate racial slurs, sexual harassment, inflammatory or derogatory comments of any kind at any time by any member.

|
Joking around is allowed but keep it to a level that the other person won't get offended or hurt.
|

|
Members will be respectful towards one another as well as towards their opponent.
|

|
Do not do or say anything that will reflect badly on the clan.
|

|
Keep complaining to minimum. We all get frustrated with the game for multiple reasons but we are here to have fun and interact with other people. It stops being fun when all you hear is complaining.

When in a Loud And Proud room the following will not be allowed or tolerated:

Softspotting |

Use of M203's

c.

|
Use of any ranged weapons upon unmounted personnel.

d.

|
Spawnkilling (let your opponent take cover before shooting at them).
|
e.
|
|
Crossing in a no cross map.
|
f.
|
|
Quicksniping, Quickscoping or ANY combination of the word Quick in conjunction with a sniper rifle.
|
g.
|
|
No humping, Tea Bagging or shooting or throwing grenades on dead bodies. We consider this disrespectful behavior and will not be tolerated.

h.
|
|
Accusations of any kind of suspicious behavior in an open lobby.

i.
|
|
No TEAM KILLING unless the other player is ok with it.

When Loud And Proud has a room up and it is full and a clan member wants to get in ask any non Loud And Proud member to leave room. If they do not comply VOTE them out of the room. No Questions Asked.
